About Ashley, LSW

Therapy for when life looks fine, but doesn’t feel right.

I’m a Denver-based therapist helping adults in Colorado move through burnout, heal past trauma, and strengthen relationships with ketamine-assisted therapy, EMDR, and somatic-based approaches.

Therapy for adults who need support beyond traditional talk therapy.

I ask questions that cut through noise to reveal the patterns keeping you stuck. We look at whether you’re living your own life or one shaped by cultural expectations, old narratives, and learned habits. When life reflects your true self, symptoms often loosen their grip.

Therapy here works with both mind and body to reach what words cannot. Through an existential lens, we uncover what matters most and let it guide how you move through the world.

where my approach stands apart:

Go beneath the surface, working with mind and body to free what’s stuck and make space for something new.

Question the rules you live by, deciding which to keep, rewrite, or toss.

Weave insight into practice, turning small shifts into lasting ways of moving through life.

the short version

My philosophy.

Our nervous systems were built for campfires, not constant notifications.
In a culture that prizes overextension, therapy helps you reset, reclaim your pace, and choose a life aligned with your values.

Therapy with me is —

  • We’ll move beyond conventional talk therapy and incorporate approaches like EMDR, ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP), and somatic strategies that target the nervous system, not just the mind.

  • We won’t just skim the surface. Our work will explore the deeper patterns, beliefs, and life experiences that shape how you feel and relate to the world.

  • Therapy is both reflective and experiential. You’ll build insight, but also learn to listen to your body, regulate your nervous system, and move toward alignment.

  • I show up as a human first. I’ll meet you with warmth, transparency, and attempts at humor when it’s welcome.

We are a good fit if

You’re open to new approaches and self-reflection on patterns.

You value active, honest, collaborative therapy that works with both mind and body.

We are not a good fit if…

You prefer to stay on the surface and avoid deeper exploration.

You want quick solutions without engaging in the process.
