Intake
Our first session will focus on building trust and understanding your history. This is the first phase of EMDR: history taking. You’ll help me understand what’s been hard, how it’s impacting you now, and what you’d like to shift.

Setting up
Once we’ve explored your story and you feel ready, we’ll begin building inner tools to support your nervous system. These tools will help you feel grounded and safe before we revisit any difficult memories.

Desensitization
When you feel ready, we’ll begin processing specific memories using bilateral stimulation. This helps the brain shift how it stores the memory, reducing emotional intensity and allowing healing to take place.
As old patterns lose their grip, you may feel lighter, more emotionally steady, and connected to what matters most. Moving forward, we’ll reflect on your progress, strengthen positive beliefs, and support long-term integration.
