My approach blends EMDR, ketamine-assisted therapy, and other body-based techniques, using a bottom-up process that begins in the body to bring the mind into balance. This work gently untangles stuck emotions, survival responses, and hidden patterns, opening the way to a calmer, more connected way of being.
